Return policy

Human hair extensions are a completely natural product, unlike synthetic versions. While there is nothing more natural than your own hair, even your own hair can become tangled if you dye it and do not take proper care of it when washing it. This is even more the case with hair that has been cut from the root, as it does not receive the natural nutrients, and after being dyed, it requires even more care.


It is not possible to ensure 100% that it is natural hair.

Please note our return policy before purchasing.

Our return policy is 15 days from when the customer receives the order. The product must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. It must also be in its original packaging.


We do not refund extensions in the following cases:

If the extensions have not been applied by a duly accredited and certified hairdressing professional.

If the extensions have been dyed and/or curled or waved since purchase.

If the instructions for correct use have not been followed.

We are not responsible for the use and care of the product once the packaging has been opened. When purchasing a product, the customer is responsible for reading and accepting the terms of purchase, whether the order is placed by phone, email or online. Once the product has been opened and used, its care is the customer's responsibility. In addition, the customer must bear in mind that this is a consumer product that does not last forever.


All photographs, images and videos used on the Hesed website, social networks derived from it and printed catalogues are for informational purposes only and have no contractual value.


This means that we always guarantee that the quality of our natural hair will be the highest, just as we describe it in our media. However, some details such as the type of stitching, adhesive or clips may vary slightly from the photographs. As for the color of the extensions, it is possible that it does not exactly match the one that appears in our catalog or media due to differences in the calibration and configuration of color, brightness and saturation of each screen (smartphones, tablets, computers, among other electronic devices). This may cause slight variations in tones, but always within a reasonable and understandable margin. In no case will these variations cause the client to receive a completely different color than the one offered.


Emphasizing this last point, returns will not be accepted for minor differences such as the patterns on the seams or any type of hair attachment. Hesed guarantees that they will always maintain the highest quality, even if these details may differ from the photographs shown. Both the quality of the hair and the attachments, materials and accessories will always be of an excellent level.


Shipping and orders

Orders will be sent to the specified address within 48 hours of the customer's payment. If the order is not in stock, you will be notified immediately by email or telephone.


If the order is rejected or ignored by the customer, the carrier will contact the customer to coordinate the delivery date, remaining at the destination for 3 days, at which point the procedures for the return of the order will begin. If the customer requires the delivery of the order again, he/she must bear all the costs arising from the return. In the event that, due to reasons of the transport company or for reasons beyond Hesed's control, the delivery of the goods is not made on time, Hesed is not responsible for any problems that this may cause.


If the product that arrives to the customer does not correspond to the one ordered or the delivery note (taking into account the detailed information in the Return Conditions policy where it is detailed that the photographs and advertisements published by Hesed both on the website and on social networks are for informational purposes and have no contractual value), Hesed will be responsible for all the expenses arising from the return and new delivery of the correct order. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for all the expenses derived from the return of the order to our offices in Madrid, Spain. The request for product exchange must be made within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise by the customer. The product must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. The refund will never be made before having received the returned merchandise and verifying that it is in the same condition as it was sent.


For your safety, always open the package in the presence of the carrier and record in writing any deficiencies you find on the delivery note that accompanies each order.
